Rossnowlagh beach is a great sandy beach which is ideal for long boarders and beginner surfers. Rossnowlagh is a great all year round beach for surfing and is home to Ireland's oldest and largest surf clubs. It is lifeguarded from June 22-August 30 daily from 11am-8pm.
